Shipping Policy

When your pets are excited, we are too. Here’s how we process, ship, and track your order—clearly and on time.

Overview

✓Order Processing

Orders typically leave our warehouse in 1–7 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

✓Delivery Window

Estimated delivery for most U.S. addresses is 3–10 business days after shipment (destination & carrier capacity may affect timing).

Heads up: High-volume periods, weather events, and carrier constraints can introduce delays outside our control—but we’ll keep you posted.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: 1–7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Transit: Typically 3–10 business days once shipped.
  • Carriers: We ship via major carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS) based on service availability and speed to your address.
  • Split shipments: Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages.
  • PO Boxes: Delivery to PO Boxes is supported in most cases.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • U.S. Orders $100+ : Free shipping.
  • U.S. Orders under $100 : Flat $9.99 shipping.
  • International: Calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Duties/taxes may be collected by the carrier on delivery (DDU).

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or if we made an error.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show the first scan.
  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier before contacting support.

Address Changes & Failed Delivery

  • Address updates: Contact us ASAP after ordering. We’ll do our best to update before fulfillment, but it’s not guaranteed once processing starts.
  • Undeliverable/Refused packages: May be returned to sender. We’ll notify you and can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund minus original shipping once the package is received back in good condition.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll resolve quickly.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking doesn’t update for several days, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Final shipping cost is shown at checkout.
  • Orders may be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Local duties/taxes—if any—are collected by your carrier on delivery and are not charged by EverPaws.
  • Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

Preorders & Backorders

If an item is marked as a preorder/backorder, we’ll display an estimated ship window on the product page. Your order will ship once all items are in stock, or we may split the shipment at our discretion.
