Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—U.S. orders $100+ ship free. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.99 in the U.S. Final shipping for other regions is shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders generally leave our warehouse in 1–7 business days. Delivery time varies by destination and service level—expect roughly 3–10 business days once shipped (some locations may take longer). We email a tracking link when your order goes out.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes. (APO/FPO is not supported at this time.)

What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags. Some categories are non-returnable. Start here: Refunds & Returns.

How do exchanges work?

The fastest way is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund once accepted in the portal.

How do I track my order?

We’ll email a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status from your order confirmation page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major cards and wallets, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Discover, Diners Club. Availability may vary by device/region.

Are your materials pet-safe?

Our products are selected for comfort and durability with everyday pet safety in mind. Always supervise heavy chewers and discontinue use if a product shows significant wear.
